Project: Interior Fit outs

JD:

1. Experience in cost consultancy roles - At least 3 years on Interior fit out projects

2. BOQ validation of all MEPF packages.

3. Quantity take offs from GFC/tender drawings

4. Suggest alternate makes/optimization in design stage with respect to cost

5. Drive the procurement/contract/tender process right from ore qualification of vendors, to Tender documents preparation to techno commercial negotiations, comparatives , etc.

6. Prepare flow charts and set up protocols for invoicing, cash flow, procurement strategy, etc.

7. Billing - measurement checking, material inspections, COP preparation and bill certification of contractors

8. Closeout stage - responsible for all commercial closures related to project including documentation
