This role is to Prepare, Review Cost Estimates (SG1 to SG3), Cost Control (SG4), manage control Cost Database - current previous projects in the areas of Process, Mechanical, Utilities, Water, Electrical Equipment, Instruments, Civil Indirect Costs. Also, to provide data analysis and global engineering benchmarking to support future projects.
Main Accountabilities List 6-8 major areas of responsibilities in order of importance, and purpose of these activities:
- Review Technical Documents (Design basis Specifications, PFDs, PIDs, Datasheets, Vendor Documents, Scope Split)
- Review Commercial Documents (Vendor Offers, Incoterms, Optional Pricing, Spares, inclusions Exclusions)
- Review Commercial Bid Analysis and recommendation for cost estimation
- Maintain Database of Equipment, Bulk based on Technical and Commercial parameters
- Derive Benchmarks (E.G. Cost / Ton, Cost / m2, Cost /m3 etc.)
Inputs in existing Global standards.

Experience of Cost engineering and cost estimation
Able to connect with internal and external stakeholders e.g., ESPs (Engineering Service Partners)
Strong Data management Analytical skills
Good communication, interpersonal and influencing skills
Proficient in MS Office (Excel / Word / PowerPoint), Power BI
Education/Experience
Should be a first-class graduate in Mechanical, Chemical Engineering - B.E/B-Tech
5 to 10 years experience in Procurement / Cost Estimation

Organizational Chart Reports to Sr Manager Cost Engineering Data Analytics
5 Days working.
