About the Company

A leading European manufacturer is establishing its India shared-services centre and has partnered with Flexiple to hire its costing team. You will help leadership understand the true cost of what the business makes. Flexiple is a managed marketplace that helps global companies build high-performing teams and GCCs in India.

Role Overview

As a Cost Accountant, you will own product and process costing, analyse variances, and give the business clear visibility into margins and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

Costing & Inventory

• Maintain standard costs and product costing across the catalogue
• Value inventory and reconcile stock to the ledger
• Track and analyse cost of goods sold

Variance & Analysis

• Run variance analysis on material, labour, and overhead
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and margin reviews
• Surface cost-saving opportunities for operations and finance

Ideal Candidate Profile

• 2 to 6 years in cost accounting or manufacturing finance
• Strong grasp of costing methods, inventory, and variances
• Hands-on with an ERP costing module and spreadsheets
• Clear written and spoken English and a reliable remote-work setup

Preferred Qualifications

• CMA, CA Inter, or an equivalent costing qualification
• Experience in manufacturing, engineering, or shared services
• Exposure to standard costing in an SAP or Oracle environment
