Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Cosmetologist role based in Noida. The Cosmetologist will provide a range of aesthetic and cosmetic services, including skin, hair, and basic body treatments in alignment with the clinic's protocols and safety standards. Daily responsibilities include consulting with clients, assessing their needs, recommending appropriate treatments, and performing procedures using approved products and equipment. The role involves maintaining accurate client records, following infection-control and hygiene procedures, and ensuring treatment rooms and tools are clean, organized, and ready for use. The Cosmetologist will also educate clients on post-treatment care, recommend home-care regimens, support patient follow-ups, and collaborate with doctors and other team members to ensure a high-quality, welcoming client experience.

Qualifications

• Professional cosmetology training with strong skills in skin treatments, basic aesthetic procedures, and hair care services.
• Hands-on experience in providing consultations, assessing client needs, and recommending personalized treatment plans.
• Knowledge of hygiene, sterilization, and safety protocols in a clinical or aesthetic setting.
• Excellent client service, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and maintain long-term relationships.
• Ability to work collaboratively with medical professionals and support staff in a fast-paced, patient-centric environment.
• Attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple appointments and follow-ups efficiently.
• Certification or diploma in Cosmetology, Aesthetics, or a related field; relevant licenses as per local regulations.
• Previous experience in a dermatology clinic, aesthetic center, or medical spa is preferred but not mandatory.
• Willingness to learn new things
