Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Cosmetologist role based in Mumbai. The Cosmetologist will provide a range of cosmetic and wellness services, including skin care treatments, services, and non-invasive beauty therapies aligned with holistic health principles. Responsibilities include conducting consultations to understand client needs, recommending appropriate treatments and products, and delivering personalized, high-quality service. The role involves maintaining treatment rooms and equipment, adhering to hygiene and safety standards, and accurately documenting services and client preferences. The Cosmetologist will collaborate with other wellness professionals to create integrated treatment plans, educate clients on at-home care, and support promotional activities, events, and retail product recommendations.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in skin care treatments, facials, and basic hair and scalp services, with a focus on client comfort and safety.
• Ability to perform cosmetic procedures in alignment with holistic and wellness-focused practices.
• Knowledge of wellness, holistic health concepts, and science-backed beauty treatments.
• Excellent interpersonal, client service, and communication skills, with a respectful and inclusive approach to all clients.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary wellness team and follow established protocols and hygiene standards.
• Relevant cosmetology certification or diploma from a recognized institution; valid local licenses or registrations as required.
• Prior experience in a spa, wellness center, or salon environment is preferred; experience with premium or holistic brands is an advantage.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings, based on client and center needs.
