Role Description The Cosmetologist at Dezire Clinic will perform a variety of cosmetic and aesthetic treatments, including facials, skin rejuvenation procedures, pre- and post-treatment care, and basic hair and skin services aligned with the clinic's standards. Day-to-day responsibilities include assessing client needs, explaining recommended procedures, preparing clients for treatments, supporting laser and cosmetic procedures under clinical protocols, and documenting services provided. The role also involves maintaining treatment rooms and equipment hygiene, adhering to safety and infection-control guidelines, and providing guidance on skincare and haircare regimens to enhance treatment outcomes. The Cosmetologist will collaborate closely with surgeons, dermatologists, and other clinical staff to ensure a high-quality client experience and consistent service delivery. This is a full-time, on-site role based at the Gurugram branch of Dezire Clinic.
Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong practical cosmetology skills, including facials, peels, basic skin and hair treatments, and client preparation for cosmetic procedures.
• Candidates should possess skills in client consultation, needs assessment, treatment explanation, and delivering a professional, empathetic client experience.
• Candidates should possess knowledge of skincare products, haircare techniques, and basic understanding of laser and cosmetic treatment support protocols.
• Candidates should possess skills in maintaining hygiene standards, infection control, equipment cleanliness, and adherence to clinic safety procedures.
• Candidates should possess effective communication skills, the ability to follow medical guidance, work in a team-based clinical setting, and manage time efficiently.
• Diploma or certification in Cosmetology, Beauty Therapy, or Aesthetic Treatments from a recognized institution is preferred.
• Prior experience in a cosmetic clinic, dermatology center, or salon offering advanced aesthetic services will be an advantage.
• Willingness to work flexible clinic hours, learn new procedures, and adapt to established protocols
