Key Responsibilities:

  • Handling client consultation & product/service explanation
  • Upselling & cross-selling beauty/cosmetic services
  • Managing customer queries over calls & in-person
  • Ensuring high-quality client experience
  • Supporting sales conversions in clinic/store environment

Candidate Requirements:

  • Good communication skills
