Role Description The Cosmetic Clinic Manager is responsible for overseeing daily clinic operations, ensuring smooth patient flow, and maintaining a high standard of client service and safety. This full-time, on-site role in Vadodara includes supervising clinic staff, coordinating schedules, managing appointments, and supporting medical professionals with administrative and operational needs. The manager will handle budgeting activities, monitor inventory and supplies, and ensure compliance with clinic policies and regulatory requirements. The role also involves addressing client inquiries and concerns, implementing quality improvement initiatives, and organizing training and development programs for the team. The Cosmetic Clinic Manager collaborates closely with clinical and administrative staff to enhance the overall patient experience and clinic performance.

Qualifications

• Strong Customer Service and Communication skills to manage client interactions and support a welcoming clinic environment.
• Budgeting and basic administrative skills to oversee financial planning, resource allocation, and operational efficiency.
• Foundational understanding of Medicine or healthcare services to coordinate effectively with medical professionals and support clinical workflows.
• Experience in Training and team development to onboard, guide, and upskill clinic staff.
• Relevant experience in clinic, hospital, spa, or healthcare management, preferably in aesthetics or dermatology.
• Bachelor's degree or diploma in healthcare administration, business management, or a related field is preferred.
• Ability to work on-site full-time in Vadodara, with strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Knowledge of basic computer applications and clinic management or scheduling software.
