Role: Correspondent/ Content & Intelligence Lead, The Economic Times HR World (ETHRWorld)

Role Overview

We are looking for a versatile professional who can drive editorial content, curate event agendas, and gather market intelligence through regular interactions with C-suite and industry leaders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Write interviews, feature stories, and trend-based articles on HR, leadership, and the future of work.
  • Conceptualise and curate agendas for conferences, roundtables, and webinars.
  • Identify and engage senior speakers and knowledge partners.
  • Meet industry leaders regularly to gather insights and spot emerging trends.
  • Build strong relationships with CXOs and ecosystem stakeholders.
  • Translate market intelligence into compelling content and event themes.

Ideal Candidate

  • Interest and experience in business journalism, research, consulting, or event content.
  • Strong writing, interviewing, and storytelling skills.
  • Experience in conference programming and speaker curation.
  • Excellent networking and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Deep curiosity about business, HR, leadership, and workplace trends.
