Job Brief: Shuraa is currently hiring for a creative and dynamic Content Creator who can conceptualise, shoot, and edit engaging short-form and long-form video content. This role requires someone who is up to date with digital trends and strong at brainstorming content ideas that align with brand goals and audience interests.
Responsibilities:
- Brainstorm ideas with the social media and content writing team and convert them into clear creative concepts
- Independently edit and finalise content with a strong creative approach
- Take ownership of content from idea to execution, not just execution
- Generate original content ideas across multiple verticals and brands
- Ensure content has strong hooks, storytelling, and platform relevance
- Stay updated on social media trends, formats, and algorithms.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Content Creator, Video Creator, or similar role
- Strong understanding of short/long - form video content and social media platforms
- Ability to generate creative ideas and execute them independently
- Comfortable with video shooting, editing, and basic production setup
- Familiarity with editing tools such as CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar
- Good storytelling, visual sense, and attention to detail
- Strong communication and time-management skills
