Role Description:
We are looking for enthusiastic and driven individuals to join our Corporate Sales team. The role focuses on demand generation, lead mining, prospecting, outreach, and leveraging AI tools to identify and engage potential business clients. The ideal candidate should possess strong communication skills, analytical thinking, and a willingness to learn modern sales and AI-driven prospecting techniques.
Responsibilities:
- Generate and qualify leads through various online and offline channels.
- Conduct market research and identify potential corporate clients.
- Utilize AI tools and platforms for lead generation, prospecting, and sales outreach.
- Build and maintain prospect databases using Excel and CRM tools.
- Connect with potential clients through calls, emails, LinkedIn, and other communication channels.
- Schedule meetings and support the sales team in business development activities.
- Track lead progress and maintain accurate sales reports.
- Assist in creating targeted outreach campaigns and demand-generation initiatives.
- Collaborate with internal teams to support corporate travel business growth.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Travel & Tourism, Management, or related field.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Good working knowledge of MS Excel.
- Basic understanding of AI tools such as ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity, or similar platforms.
- Strong research and analytical skills.
- Confidence in making calls and engaging with potential clients.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and eager to learn.
Preferred Skills:
- Familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator or lead generation tools.
- Knowledge of CRM platforms.
- Strong internet research and data mining capabilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and target-oriented environment.
