Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Mumbai for a Corporate Travel Consultant at Xplorz.Com Private Limited. The Corporate Travel Consultant will be responsible for providing clients with travel consulting and management services. Daily tasks include making travel arrangements, handling reservations, and ensuring excellent customer service. The consultant will also assist in managing international and domestic travel needs including air ticketing, hotel bookings, visas and car rentals.

Qualifications

• Travel Consulting, Travel Management, and Travel Arrangements skills
• Experience with handling Reservations
• Strong Customer Service skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency in using travel management software and tools
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Bachelor's degree in Travel and Tourism, Hospitality, or a related field is beneficial
• Prior experience in corporate travel management is a plus
• Working knowledge of Amadeus/Sabre/Galileo will be an added advantage
• Freshers are also welcome
