Role Description

The Corporate Training Consultant - Subject Matter Expert in U.S. Culture and Voice is a full-time hybrid role based in Gurugram. Responsibilities include delivering training programs focused on U.S. culture and communication, providing consultation to clients on CX improvement, training methodologies, and customer service strategies. Additionally, the consultant will work on BK One's proprietary learning systems, such as the ADDIE2 Agile Instruction Design Model, FASTVIA-LLC Evaluation, Bikram's Model of Intonation, and Eddie's Voice Test, to analyze client needs and ensure impactful delivery to achieve desired learning outcomes.

• Expertise in Culture and Communication Training & Development for USA-based clients and customers
• At least 5 years of experience as a VNA trainer at Tier one BPM/ BPO companies such as American Express, Concentrix, Genpact, Deloitte, EY, KPMG, etc.
• 6 months to 3 years of experience as a contact center agent is required, with experience in customer service and in exceeding expectations on CX (CSAT/NPS) metrics.
• A Professional Training Certificate is required; however, exceptional candidates may qualify for BK One's PRO-T certification training
• Strong skills in Communication and effective interpersonal interaction
• Demonstrated ability to create and deliver impactful training programs
• Bachelor's degree (Master's degree or Diploma in learning and development is preferred)
