CTC: 7.0 - 7.5 LPA

Shift: Rotational Shifts

Experience: Minimum 2+ Years

Job Responsibilities:

• Deliver Soft Skills, Communication, Behavioral, and Customer Service training programs.
• Conduct new hire, refresher, and developmental training sessions.
• Facilitate workshops on communication, presentation skills, customer handling, and professional etiquette.
• Assess training effectiveness and provide coaching to improve performance.
• Identify skill gaps and recommend learning interventions.
• Create and maintain training reports, trackers, and feedback records.
• Collaborate with Operations, Quality, and HR teams to drive employee development.

Required Skills:

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong facilitation and presentation abilities.
• Experience in delivering soft skills and communication training.
• Ability to engage diverse audiences and manage classroom/virtual sessions.
• Good knowledge of MS Office and training tools.

Qualification:

• Graduate in any discipline.
• Certifications in Learning & Development or Train-the-Trainer will be an added advantage.
