Key Responsibilities

• Conduct corporate training and employee development programs.
• Deliver engaging and interactive training sessions for teams.
• Conduct role plays, mock calls, activities, presentations and assessments.
• Identify skill gaps and provide coaching and performance feedback.
• Prepare PPTs, training modules, assessments and training reports.
• Coordinate with HR, Sales and Management for training requirements.
• Track training effectiveness and maintain training records.

Key Requirements

• 3–7 years of experience in Corporate Training / L&D.
• Excellent public speaker with strong stage presence and audience engagement skills.
• Highly confident, energetic and charismatic personality.
• Strong communication, presentation and facilitation skills.
• Ability to independently conduct and manage training sessions.
• Good knowledge of PPTs, training modules and assessments.
• Previous experience as a Sales Trainer or training sales teams will be an added advantage.
• Experience in BFSI, financial services, investments, real estate or other sales-driven industries preferred.
• Immediate joiners / short notice candidates preferred.
