Position Overview
We are seeking a skilled and passionate Python + Generative AI Trainer to deliver
high-impact training programs for corporate professionals. The trainer will design and
conduct hands-on workshops, bootcamps, and extended training programs focused on
Python programming, AI/ML fundamentals, and Generative AI applications (LLMs, RAG,
prompt engineering, fine-tuning, deployment). The ideal candidate will have both technical
expertise and training/mentoring experience, with the ability to simplify complex AI
concepts into engaging, real-world learning experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver corporate training sessions (on-site/virtual) covering Python, AI/ML fundamentals,
and Generative AI applications.
- Customize training programs to match corporate needs & industry use cases.
- Create training materials, coding exercises, and real-world projects.
- Guide participants through hands-on projects (Chatbot, Enterprise Q&A; Bot, End-to-end
GenAI deployments).
- Assess participant progress and provide constructive feedback.
- Stay updated on latest AI/LLM technologies, tools, and enterprise adoption trends.
- Collaborate with HR/L&D; teams for smooth training delivery.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Strong expertise in Python programming (Pandas, NumPy, OOP, APIs).
- Practical knowledge of AI/ML frameworks (Scikit-learn, PyTorch/TensorFlow,
HuggingFace).
- Hands-on with Generative AI tools (OpenAI, LangChain, LlamaIndex, vector DBs).
- Experience in prompt engineering, embeddings, and RAG pipelines.
- Knowledge of cloud deployment (AWS/GCP/Azure), Docker/Kubernetes.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and mentoring skills.
- Ability to explain complex technical concepts in simple, business-relevant terms.
Preferred (Nice-to-Have)
- Prior experience as a corporate trainer / instructor in Python, AI/ML, or GenAI.
- Exposure to fine-tuning LLMs (LoRA/QLoRA) and multi-modal AI models.
- Experience in enterprise AI use cases (finance, healthcare, customer service, legal, etc.).
- Industry certifications in AI/ML, Python, or cloud technologies.
- Open-source contributions, blogs, or workshops in AI/ML/GenAI.
Education & Experience
- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Computer Science, AI/ML, Data Science, or related field.
- 3+ years of professional experience in Python + AI/ML development.
- 1+ years of proven training/mentoring experience (corporate or academic).
