About the Role –   

We are looking for an experienced and certified Microsoft Certified Trainer (MCT) who is fluent in Spanish, to deliver Microsoft technical training programs to global learners. The ideal candidate should hold an active MCT certification, have strong presentation and facilitation skills, and possess hands-on experience delivering instructor-led Microsoft technology training. 

Key Responsibilities 

• Deliver Microsoft official curriculum and customized technical training programs. 
• Conduct instructor-led training through classroom, virtual, and blended formats. 
• Deliver training in English and Spanish. 
• Train global learners and effectively manage engagement across different cultures and time zones. 
• Prepare and deliver hands-on labs, demonstrations, assessments, and learning materials. 
• Mentor learners preparing for Microsoft certifications and practical technology implementation. 
• Maintain high learner satisfaction and ensure consistent training quality. 
• Stay updated with the latest Microsoft technologies, certifications, and course content. 
• Collaborate with internal teams to continuously improve training delivery and learning experiences. 
• Leverage AI tools and technologies, including Claude AI and AI agents, to improve training productivity, content creation, and learner outcomes. 

Required Skills & Experience 

Active Microsoft Certified Trainer (MCT) certification is mandatory. 

• 4+ years of experience delivering Microsoft technology training. 
• Fluency in English and Spanish.
• Excellent presentation, communication, facilitation, and stakeholder-management skills. 
• Experience delivering technical training to corporate audiences. 
• Strong ability to manage classroom engagement and hands-on labs. 

Preferred Experience 

• Additional Microsoft role-based certifications are an advantage. 
• Experience delivering international or multilingual technical training. 
• Knowledge of Microsoft Azure, Microsoft 365, Windows Server, Power Platform, Dynamics 365, or related technologies. 
• Experience using AI tools such as Claude AI and/or creating AI agents. 
• Experience delivering training to global teams
