Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assess training needs through job analysis, employee feedback, performance reviews, and consultation with managers.
  • Design engaging and effective training programs, materials, and modules aligned with business objectives.
  • Deliver in-person and virtual training sessions across various departments including sales, operations.
  • Utilize various instructional techniques such as workshops, Webinar and e-learning. Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs using feedback, assessments, and performance metrics.
  • Continuously improve training content based on learner feedback and business outcomes.
  • Coordinate with external trainers and vendors when required.
  • Maintain updated training records and generate reports for HR and senior management.
  • Foster a culture of continuous learning and professional development.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor s degree in Human Resources, Education, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 2 3 years of experience in corporate training or learning & development.
  • Proven track record in delivering both classroom and virtual training sessions.
  • Strong presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and learning management systems (LMS).
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Certification in training, instructional design, or adult learning.
  • Experience in developing e-learning content using tools such as Articulate or Adobe Captivate.
