Role Description

We are seeking a Corporate Trainer for a full-time, on-site position located in Belagavi, Karnataka. The Corporate Trainer will design and deliver training programs to enhance employee skill sets, conduct workshops and seminars on the latest technological advancements, and develop curricula aligned with organizational objectives. In addition, the Trainer will assess training needs, create instructional materials, and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs. Collaboration with subject matter experts and adapting techniques to diverse learning styles are integral aspects of the role.

Qualifications

• Strong communication, presentation, and public speaking skills
• Proficiency in Full Stack Development, AI, Machine Learning, and Data Analysis
• Knowledge or experience in Website & Web Application Development, UI/UX Design, and Cybersecurity
• Ability to design training modules, plan curriculum, and develop educational content
• Experience in employee upskilling, mentorship, and professional development
• Familiarity with SAP technologies and enterprise solutions is an advantage
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Education, or related field
• Experience in coaching, facilitating workshops, and delivering technical training preferred
