Role Description<

The Corporate Trainer will design, deliver, and evaluate training programs for employees and clients, focusing on talent acquisition, HR processes, and the effective use of HubbleHut's AI-driven products and services. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting training needs assessments, creating training materials and modules, facilitating workshops and virtual sessions, and providing ongoing coaching and support to learners. The role involves collaborating with HR, operations, and product teams to ensure training content is accurate, practical, and aligned with business goals, as well as tracking training outcomes and recommending improvements. This is a full-time, hybrid role based in Mumbai, with a combination of on-site training and some work-from-home flexibility.

Qualifications
Strong training design and facilitation skills, including experience creating curricula, training modules, and learning resources.
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills to engage diverse learner groups and stakeholders.
Knowledge of corporate HR practices, talent acquisition, and basic understanding of AI-powered HR or recruitment tools.
Ability to assess training needs, measure learning outcomes, and use data to refine programs.
Comfort with hybrid work arrangements and proficiency with digital training platforms, LMS tools, and common office software.
Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, Education, Psychology, or a related field; professional training or L&D certifications are an advantage.
Prior experience as a corporate trainer, L&D specialist, or similar role in HR, recruitment, or technology-driven environments.
Strong organizational and time-management abilities, with capacity to manage multiple training projects in a fast-paced setting.
