Corporate trainer for Agentic AI

This is a remote contract role for a Corporate Trainer specializing in Agentic AI. The Corporate Trainer will be responsible for designing and delivering training programs, facilitating workshops, creating training materials, and ensuring effective knowledge transfer in alignment with CalxMap's mission. Additional tasks include conducting skill gap analyses, offering personalized guidance, and providing ongoing support to ensure learners excel in their academic and professional journeys.

• Strong expertise in training methodologies, instructional design, and facilitating workshops.
• Knowledge of Agentic AI and the ability to simplify complex concepts for diverse audiences.
• Proficiency in creating presentations, developing training content, and utilizing digital tools for remote learning.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to engage with learners and stakeholders effectively.
• Analytical skills to identify training needs and evaluate program outcomes.
• Experience in career coaching, mentoring, or education-related fields is a plus.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Education, Training, AI, or a related field is preferred.
