We are looking for a dynamic and experiencedcorporate trainerto train students and professionals in developing strong communication, reasoning, and analytical skills. The trainer will be responsible for delivering engaging sessions, conducting assessments, and preparing learners for interviews, group discussions, and aptitude-based exams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct sessions on Verbal Communication, Public Speaking, Presentation Skills, and Soft Skills.
• Train students on Aptitude topics such as Quantitative Ability, Logical Reasoning, and Verbal Ability.
• Design and implement training modules, lesson plans, and practice tests.
• Evaluate learners performance through regular assessments, feedback, and mock tests.
• Conduct mock interviews and group discussions to enhance students employability skills.
• Update and customize training content based on industry trends and student needs.
• Motivate and mentor students to build confidence, professionalism, and clarity of thought.
• Maintain records of attendance, test scores, and progress reports.
• Collaborate with the academic and placement teams to ensure students skill readiness.
