Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Corporate Trainer located in Noida. The Corporate Trainer will be responsible for designing and delivering training programs , conducting training sessions, and evaluating the effectiveness of training programs. The role includes developing training materials, coordinating with department heads to identify training needs, and maintaining detailed and accurate training records.

Qualifications

  • 3 to 4 years of Experience in designing and delivering training programs
  • Experience in a corporate training role is a must
  • Skills in conducting training sessions and maintaining training records
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to assess training needs and develop appropriate training materials
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Adaptability and creativity in training approaches
  • Proficiency in using training software and tools
  • Bachelor's degree in Education, Human Resources, or a related field
