Corporate Technical Trainer

Job Description:

The purpose of the Senior Corporate Technical Trainer role is to leverage deep technical expertise and a passion for teaching to design, deliver, and continuously improve high-quality technical training programs for both freshers and experienced engineering teams. This role is critical in developing talent across multiple technology stacks such as Java, React, AWS, Quality Assurance (Manual & Automationincluding Playwright), and emerging technologies including AI, Machine Learning, Deep Learning, and Generative AI.

The Senior Technical Trainer plays a key role in driving technical excellence by ensuring that our workforce is continuously upskilled, project-ready, and aligned with modern engineering practices, including Agile and basic project management concepts.

Roles and Responsibilities

1. Design and deliver training programs in technologies such as Java, React, AWS, QA Automation (including Playwright), and AI/ML/GenAI for both freshers and experienced engineers.
2. Develop end-to-end technical curricula, including project-based modules, coding exercises, labs, automation labs, and assessments.
3. Create and maintain training documentation, learning materials, and evaluation frameworks.
4. Conduct classroom, virtual, and blended-learning sessions with high levels of engagement and clarity.
5. Train teams on Agile methodologies, SDLC, and basic project management practices.
6. Track learner performance, provide structured feedback, and guide learners through hands-on projects.
7. Collaborate with engineering and delivery teams to align training content with project and technology needs.
8. Regularly update training content to reflect modern tools, frameworks, and emerging technologies.
9. Mentor learners and junior engineers to strengthen practical skills, coding standards, and engineering best practices.
10. Support knowledge-sharing initiatives and contribute to internal capability-building programs.
