Key Job Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end client engagements across the spectrum of corporate and international tax, including advisory, compliance, and litigation support.
- Provide tax advisory services on international tax and transfer pricing matters, including treaty interpretation, cross-border structuring, and inter-company agreements.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for senior client stakeholders, including C-suite executives and group tax leads.
- Work effectively with multinational clients across industries and manage assignments in a multicultural environment.
- Identify and convert opportunities for new or expanded service offerings within existing client relationships.
- Build and maintain strong internal collaboration across service lines and geographies.
- Coach and mentor junior team members, fostering a high-performance culture.
- Lead multiple client projects concurrently while managing deadlines and quality standards.
- Draft high-quality deliverables including tax memoranda, reports, opinions, and client correspondence.
- Demonstrate commercial awareness and strong analytical capabilities in client solutions.
Qualification:
- 36 years of relevant experience in corporate and international taxation, ideally including experience in the GCC.
- CA / CPA / ACCA / CTA / ADIT / LLM in Taxation or other equivalent qualification.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications; strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Fluency in English is essential; Arabic language skills are an advantage.
