About the role:
We're looking for a highly analytical and future-focused researcher to join the strategy function of a global innovation-driven organization.
This is not a conventional market research role.
What you'll be doing:
- Lead research and analysis on macro-environmental trends using frameworks such as PESTEL.
- Investigate emerging social issues, consumer behavior shifts, technological advancements, and policy developments across global markets.
- Translate research findings into strategic insights that inform new business opportunities, service innovation, and long-term growth strategies.
- Build executive-ready reports, presentations, and thought leadership materials for senior stakeholders.
- Develop scalable research methodologies, frameworks, and knowledge systems that can be leveraged across multiple business functions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, external experts, research partners, and industry specialists to enrich strategic perspectives.
- Identify opportunities beyond your immediate area of expertise and contribute to innovation initiatives from concept through execution.
What we are looking for:
- 7+ years of experience in strategic research, foresight, consulting, innovation strategy, business research, or adjacent domains.
- Demonstrated experience conducting macro-level research and converting findings into actionable business recommendations.
- Experience presenting insights to senior leadership and influencing strategic decision-making.
