Job Description

Develop and implement corporate strategies to enhance business performance and market position within the electronics industry.
Conduct in-depth market research and competitive analysis to identify growth opportunities and challenges.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align strategic initiatives with business goals.
Assess and optimize existing operational processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
Prepare detailed reports and presentations for senior management, outlining strategic recommendations and insights.
Monitor industry trends and emerging technologies to ensure the organization remains competitive in the industrial/manufacturing sector.
Facilitate strategic planning workshops and support the development of long-term business plans.
Work closely with stakeholders to ensure successful execution of strategic initiatives.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Corporate Strategy professional should have:

MBA or advanced degree from a top-tier program (preferred)
6-8 years postMBA experience in a top management consulting firm (high-tech or diversified industrials experience preferred)
Strong strategy practitioner with deep knowledge of strategy tools & frameworks
Understanding of drivers of total shareholder return (TSR)
Experience addressing strategic issues in microeconomics, industry structure, operations strategy & finance
Familiarity with project management methodologies and leading teams
