Job Overview

Jade Global is seeking a visionary and results-driven CSR Specialist. Here you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and monitoring social impact programs that align with the company's values and statutory requirements under the Companies Act, 2013. You will work closely with NGO partners, government bodies, and internal employee volunteers to drive sustainable development.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Program Strategy: Design and execute CSR initiatives focused on core IT sector priorities such as Digital Literacy, STEM Education, and Skilling.
• NGO Partnership Management: Identify, vet, and manage relationships with non-profit partners to ensure high-quality program delivery.
• Compliance & Reporting: Ensure all projects adhere to the Indian CSR Mandate (Section 135). Prepare annual reports, BRR (Business Responsibility Reporting), and board presentations.
• Impact Assessment: Conduct regular site visits and use data-driven frameworks to measure the Social Return on Investment (SROI).
• Employee Volunteering: Lead and scale internal Giving Back programs to boost employee engagement and foster a culture of service.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Stakeholder Management: Ability to communicate effectively with C-suite executives, local community leaders, and government officials.
• Budget Governance: Proven experience in managing multi-crore budgets with high transparency and financial discipline.
• Strategic Thinking: Ability to move beyond philanthropy to create long-term, scalable social business models.
• Communication: Strong storytelling skills to showcase project impact via social media, impact reports, and internal newsletters.
• Education: Masters in Social Work (MSW), MBA in CSR, or a related Social Science degree.
