Key Responsibilities

• Identify and research companies with active CSR initiatives and funding opportunities.
• Build and maintain a database of CSR Heads, decision-makers, and corporate contacts.
• Reach out to corporate organizations to present WOLOO's CSR projects and initiatives.
• Schedule meetings and presentations with CSR teams and key stakeholders.
• Prepare and submit CSR proposals, presentations, budgets, and supporting documents.
• Coordinate with internal teams to gather project details, impact reports, and financial information.
• Follow up regularly with prospective partners to secure CSR grants and sponsorships.
• Maintain records of proposals submitted, meetings conducted, and project status.
• Assist in drafting MoUs, partnership agreements, and other CSR-related documentation.
• Monitor CSR funding timelines, compliance requirements, and reporting obligations.
• Represent the company at CSR events, conferences, and networking forums when required.
• Prepare weekly and monthly reports on business development activities and funding progress.

Required Skills

• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Strong networking and relationship-building abilities.
• Good proposal writing and documentation skills.
• Knowledge of CSR laws, CSR funding processes, and corporate partnerships.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
• Strong negotiation, follow-up, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and achieve funding targets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Social Work, Public Relations, or a related field.
• MBA or equivalent qualification will be an added advantage.
• 2–5 years of experience in CSR partnerships, fundraising, business development, NGO relations, or corporate sales.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

• Number of CSR leads generated each month.
• Number of meetings with CSR decision-makers.
• CSR proposals submitted.
• Value of CSR funds secured.
• Number of corporate partnerships established.
• Proposal conversion ratio.
• Timely submission of reports and documentation.

Preferred Experience

Candidates with experience working with NGOs, government organizations, corporate CSR departments, sustainability projects, or social impact initiatives will be preferred.

Salary

25,000 – 30,000 per month(Based on experience and interview performance).
