SOCH is a non-profit organization registered under the Society Act XXI of 1860, with headquarters in Bhubaneswar, Odisha. Since its inception in July 2012, SOCH has been operating in Bhubaneswar, Khurdha Road, and Paradeep. The organization's key projects include RAKSHYAK (child rescue and resettlement), PUNARJIVAN (behavior modification for children with challenging behavior or addiction), PANKH (mainstreaming youth with orphan or semi-orphan backgrounds), and CCCD (child-centered community development). SOCH is committed to preventing violations of child rights, rescuing children from exploitation, and ensuring their rehabilitation through care and experiential learning.

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) Manager based in Bhubaneswar. The CSR Manager will be responsible for developing and managing CSR initiatives aligned with SOCH's mission of preventing child rights violations and supporting vulnerable children and youth. Responsibilities include creating and implementing CSR strategies, monitoring projects, engaging with stakeholders, and ensuring project alignment with organizational goals. The successful candidate will also coordinate employee engagement activities and advocate for SOCH's vision.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Analytical Skills to assess project impacts and develop effective strategies
  • Strong expertise in Corporate Social Responsibility.
  • Excellent Communication skills for stakeholder engagement and advocacy
  • Experience in Project Management, including planning, execution, and monitoring of social initiatives
  • Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Sustainability, Business Management, or a related field
  • Passion for community development and child welfare initiatives
  • Ability to lead teams and foster meaningful collaborations
