Prashanthi Balamandira Trust (PBMT) is a public charitable trust, established with a mission to serve society through free, values-based education, healthcare, and nutrition initiatives. Inspired by the guiding principle of Love All, Serve All, the Trust is dedicated to empowering children from underserved communities and nurturing future leaders with compassionate hearts, brilliant intellects, and competent skills.

The Trust focuses primarily on integral and holistic education for rural and economically disadvantaged children. Through the network of institutions, PBMT operates more than 25 educational campuses (along with additional campuses through allied trusts) that provide education from Grade 6 through doctoral studies, completely free of costincluding tuition, boarding, food, and learning resources. This commitment has been recently extended to premier professional programs such as Medical Education (MBBS), Nursing, and Allied Health Sciences, all offered entirely free of costan extraordinary initiative that stands as a testament to the Trust's vision of making world-class education accessible to all, regardless of financial background.

Beyond education, PBMT also works to ensure the overall well-being of children and communities through initiatives in healthcare, nutrition, and community development. The Trust runs a multi-specialty hospital and supports large-scale child nutrition programs in collaboration with allied organizations, benefiting thousands of families every year.

Position Overview

The CSR Manager Fundraising will lead efforts to secure financial and strategic support from corporate partners, foundations, and philanthropic organizations. The role focuses on building long-term partnerships with companies and aligning their Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) priorities with the educational initiatives of the Trust.

This role will be responsible for identifying funding opportunities, developing proposals, nurturing donor relationships, and expanding corporate engagement to sustain and grow the organization's educational programs.

Key Responsibilities

1. Corporate Fundraising Strategy

• Develop and implement a CSR fundraising strategy aligned with the mission of the Trust.
• Identify and cultivate relationships with corporate CSR teams, foundations, and philanthropic donors.
• Map potential corporate partners in sectors aligned with education and community development.
• Build a pipeline of corporate donors and CSR funding opportunities.

2. Proposal Development

• Prepare concept notes, grant proposals, presentations, and partnership proposals tailored to corporate CSR priorities.
• Collaborate with program teams to develop project budgets and funding requirements.
• Customize proposals highlighting the educational impact and measurable outcomes.

3. Corporate Partnership Management

• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new corporate partners.
• Manage corporate sponsorships and CSR-funded projects.
• Ensure effective communication with partners and provide regular updates on program progress.

4. Donor Reporting & Stewardship

• Prepare impact reports, financial reports, and documentation required by corporate partners.
• Ensure timely reporting and compliance with CSR guidelines.
• Organize donor visits, events, and program showcases.

5. Corporate Engagement Programs

• Develop employee engagement opportunities such as volunteering, mentorship programs, and school visits.
• Facilitate corporate volunteering activities that support educational programs.

6. Networking & Representation

• Represent the Trust at CSR forums, networking events, conferences, and corporate meetings.
• Build relationships with CSR platforms, corporate networks, and industry associations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Development Studies, Social Work, Communications, or related field
• Master's degree preferred (MBA / Social Sector Management / Development Studies)

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in fundraising, CSR partnerships, corporate relations, or nonprofit development
• Experience working with corporate CSR departments in India
• Strong track record in proposal writing and fundraising
