Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic CSR Funding & Development Manager to drive corporate social responsibility initiatives and strengthen funding partnerships for development projects.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and develop CSR funding opportunities with corporates

Build and manage long-term corporate partnerships

Write impactful project proposals and funding applications

Coordinate with internal teams for project design and reporting

Ensure compliance with CSR guidelines and donor requirements

Key Skills:

Strong fundraising and resource mobilization experience

Corporate partnership development

Excellent proposal and report writing skills

Good communication and negotiation abilities

Preferred:

Candidates with experience in agriculture or rural development projects will be given preference
