Corporate Social Responsibility Executive

Company Description Xsio Logistics Parks is a fast-growing industrial and logistics park developer, focused on building ESG-compliant, Grade-A integrated parks across India. Headquartered in Nagpur, Maharashtra, Xsio operates in strategic partnership with Blackstone Group, combining global capital with strong local execution.

Role Description The Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) Executive will lead and support CSR initiatives that align with Xsio Logistics Parks ESG commitments and community engagement objectives. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Nagpur, involving coordination with internal teams, local communities, NGOs, and government stakeholders to design and implement social, environmental, and governance programs.

Major responisbilities:

• Manage customer communication, queries, feedback, and follow-ups.
• Coordinate with clients and internal warehouse/project teams.
• Maintain CRM records, customer data, MIS reports, and documentation.
• Understand and monitor basic warehousing and logistics operations.
• Coordinate and support events, employee engagement activities, and site programs.
• Plan and coordinate NGO activities, CSR initiatives, and community welfare programs.
• Coordinate with NGOs, vendors, employees, and external stakeholders.
• Manage event requirements, invitations, attendance, logistics, and post-event reports.
• Prepare regular activity reports and updates for management.
• Support client visits and maintain professional relationships

Qualifications

• Experience candidate, preferably Nagpur-based
• Graduate in any discipline.
• 1–6 years of relevant experience in CRM, customer coordination, event management, or NGO/CSR activities.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of warehousing/logistics operations preferred.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Email.
• Strong coordination, follow-up, and organizational skills.
• Willingness to work at the Gumgaon site.
