Job Title: Associate – CSR & Impact (with ESG Data Support)

Role Overview
We are looking for a passionate professional to drive our Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) initiatives end-to-end, from program design to impact measurement. The role will also support ESG data management and reporting, ensuring that CSR outcomes are effectively captured, analysed, and communicated to internal and external stakeholders.
This role is ideal for someone who combines on-ground program ownership with structured thinking and data orientation.
Key Responsibilities
1. CSR Strategy & Program Management (Core Focus)
- Support the design and execution of CSR strategy aligned with organisational priorities (e.g., livelihoods, financial inclusion, climate, gender)
- Identify and onboard credible NGO/implementation partners
- Drive end-to-end program management: planning, budgeting, execution, and monitoring
- Conduct field visits and ensure effective on-ground implementation
- Track project milestones, outputs, and outcomes against defined KPIs
- Lead impact assessment efforts, including baseline/endline studies and third-party evaluations
- Ensure compliance with CSR regulations and internal governance frameworks
2. Impact Measurement & Reporting
- Develop and track impact metrics and KPIs across CSR initiatives
- Create periodic reports, impact summaries, and case studies for internal and external stakeholders
- Document success stories, beneficiary narratives, and program learnings
- Support development of annual CSR reports and disclosures
3. ESG Data, Reporting & Impact Measurement Support
- Support end-to-end ESG data collection, validation, and management for Vivriti, including collation from internal teams and external stakeholders
- Maintain and update ESG and impact datasets across portfolio companies
- Contribute to investor-facing ESG reporting, including periodic updates, disclosures, and custom data requests
- Support impact reporting aligned to SDGs, including mapping of Vivriti's portfolio to relevant SDG goals and indicators
- Assist in preparation of annual ESG disclosures with a focus on social and impact data
- Track and analyse ESG and impact metrics to generate insights for internal decision-making
- Support responses to investor and stakeholder queries related to ESG performance and impact
4. Stakeholder Management
- Manage relationships with NGO partners, implementation agencies, and evaluators
- Collaborate with internal teams (HR, ESG, compliance, leadership) for CSR alignment
- Support engagement with donors, investors, and ecosystem partners where required
Key Skills & Competencies
- MBA / CA / Post-Graduate with 3-5 years of experience in CSR prog management and on-ground execution
- Demonstrated track record in originating and closing CSR project mandates, manage multiple projects & stakeholders simultaneously
- Working knowledge of ESG frameworks & disclosures
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and present effectively to CSR committees and senior leadership
- Self-driven, versatile, and comfortable handling end-to-end in a fast-paced environment
- Good analytical skills with proficiency in Excel and data tracking/reporting is mandatory
