Corporate -SME Insurance (Broking Insurance)
Manage and grow a portfolio of small and medium enterprise clients by deeply understanding their insurance needs, delivering tailored solutions, and ensuring exceptional service at every stage of the client journey. I partner with businesses to protect their assets, minimise risk, and maximise value while driving client satisfaction, retention, and revenue growth.
What I Do
Oversee a portfolio of SME clients, continuously monitoring their insurance requirements and proactively engaging to ensure high satisfaction and loyalty.
Build and nurture strong client relationships by understanding business needs and providing personalised guidance on suitable insurance products.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the SME sector to expand the client base and contribute to revenue growth.
Sell core insurance solutions and strategically cross-sell other financial products to meet broader client needs.
Collaborate with internal teams (underwriting, operations & customer support) to deliver seamless service, addressing client inquiries and concerns promptly.
Conduct regular portfolio reviews, uncover coverage gaps, and advise on renewals and policy enhancements.

Qualifications
Bachelor's degree (Business, Finance, Insurance, or related field)
Experience in insurance sales, client servicing, or SME relationship management.
