Educational Qualifications:

  • Graduation (any discipline)
  • MBA preferred

Work Experience:

  • 515 years of relevant experience in corporate services, facilities management, or administrative operations

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Proactively identify, manage, and respond to operational issues and emergency situations.
  2. Coordinate with external vendors to ensure timely service delivery and adherence to quality standards.
  3. Train on-site teams on housekeeping processes, hygiene practices, and operational protocols.
  4. Maintain accurate inventory of housekeeping consumables, tools, and materials.
  5. Conduct thorough checks of all facilities to ensure upkeep, safety, and compliance.
  6. Perform monthly site visits and regular audits across all offices within the assigned area.
  7. Ensure availability and coordination of transport arrangements for business needs.
  8. Address employee and stakeholder issues promptly, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
  9. Ensure strict compliance with organizational policies, safety norms, and operational benchmarks.
