Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Client & Portfolio Management

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for GSM UK entities.
  • Manage a portfolio of UK client entities and coordinate day-to-day compliance activities.
  • Assist clients with urgent or complex governance and compliance queries.

Corporate Governance & Compliance

  • Draft board resolutions, board minutes, and statutory documentation.
  • Assist in conducting and coordinating Board Meetings for client entities.
  • File statutory forms with Companies House and ensure timely completion.
  • Perform Person of Significant Control (PSC) assessments and complete required filings.
  • Manage UK ad-hoc corporate transactions and special projects.

Documentation & Data Management

  • Oversee accuracy and maintenance of client data in Company Records and Entity Management systems.
  • Ensure adherence to internal SOPs, quality standards, and deadlines.
  • Respond to internal and external stakeholder requests professionally and promptly.

Project & Process Management

  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders to meet annual and ad-hoc compliance deadlines.
  • Facilitate internal and client calls for urgent assistance and project discussions.
  • Apply project management capabilities to work in a fast-paced, agile environment.
