We're Hiring | B2B Sales Manager Institutional Sales (Gurgaon)

Are you passionate about driving institutional sales growth and building long-term partnerships We are looking for a B2B Sales Manager Institutional Sales to join our team in Gurgaon.

What You'll Do

  • Drive institutional market development across North India (corporates, government, education, etc.)
  • Generate leads through networking, industry events, and cold calling
  • Onboard and manage institutional dealers/partners
  • Build and maintain relationships with key accounts to ensure repeat business
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets

What We're Looking For

58 years of B2B / Institutional Sales experience

Background in Consumer Electronics, Audio, IT, Premium Lifestyle Brands (e.g., watches, Dyson, etc.) preferred

Strong communication, negotiation & presentation skills

Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets

MBA or equivalent qualification preferred

Location: Gurgaon || up to- 25 Lacs

Travel: Required across North India
