Policybazaar for Business (PBFB) is the corporate insurance division of Policybazaar, India's leading InsurTech platform. We partner with large enterprises to provide customized insurance and employee benefit solutions through technology-led advisory and strong industry expertise.

About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced Corporate Sales professional with expertise in large enterprise sales, relationship management, and business development. The ideal candidate will drive revenue growth by acquiring and managing large corporate clients and building strategic relationships with key decision-makers.

Responsibilities:

• Drive acquisition of large corporate accounts through strategic B2B sales initiatives.
• Build relationships with CXOs, CHROs, CFOs, HR Heads, and Procurement Leaders.
• Provide customized corporate insurance and employee benefit solutions.
• Manage complete sales lifecycle from prospecting to closure.
• Achieve revenue targets through effective account planning.
• Maintain sales pipeline and accurate forecasting.
• Identify cross-selling and upselling opportunities.
• Collaborate with internal teams for seamless execution.

Qualifications:

• 10+ years of experience in Large Corporate Sales, Enterprise Sales, Insurance Broking, Employee Benefits, or B2B Financial Services.
• Experience managing large corporate accounts.
• Strong stakeholder management and negotiation skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.

• MBA preferred.
• Graduation mandatory.
• Insurance certification will be an added advantage.
