Key Responsibilities

Lead Generation: Identify and reach out to potential customers for various loan products (Personal, Business, Mortgage, Home Loans, etc.). On & Off-Field Operations: Conduct market visits, meet clients for documentation, and manage office-based follow-ups and reporting. Sales Strategy: Develop and execute plans to meet monthly sales targets. Client Relationship Management: Guide customers through the loan process, from initial inquiry to disbursement, ensuring high satisfaction. Market Analysis: Keep track of competitor products and market trends to pitch our services effectively
