JOB DESCRIPTION: Corporate Sales Executive - HR Tech - Job Portal

Location: Panaji, Goa (Pan-India client coverage)

Travel: 20-30% within India

Compensation:

Base Salary: INR 4.5 - 7 LPA (negotiable based on experience)

Performance Incentive: 10-15% of base salary (variable commission/bonus)

Role Summary

A dynamic, results-oriented Corporate Sales Executive is needed to drive enterprise B2B

SaaS sales for CVSYNK, primarily targeting recruitment agencies and employers. This role

involves strategic, consultative selling to expand the client base and establish CVSYNK as

the preferred recruitment marketplace in India.Key Responsibilities (Summary)

Client Acquisition & Business Development:

Prospect employers and recruitment agencies in India using tools like

Apollo.io and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.

Develop targeted outreach campaigns to decision-makers (CFOs, HR

Leaders, etc.).

Conduct discovery calls, present the value proposition (40% cost reduction,

3x faster hiring), and negotiate commercial terms/SaaS subscription models.

Client Relationship Management:

Maintain a robust pipeline using CRM (Zoho CRM).

Execute a consultative selling approach, conducting product demos and

presentations.

Establish long-term strategic partnerships and ensure client success/retention

through check-ins and QBRs.

Sales Pipeline & Performance:

Maintain accurate records and forecast monthly/quarterly/annual sales

projections in Zoho CRM.

Achieve and exceed individual sales targets (revenue and new client

acquisition).

Track key performance indicators (KPIs) like conversion rates, deal size, and

sales cycle length.

Market & Team Collaboration:

Conduct competitive analysis of job boards (Naukri, LinkedIn, etc.) and

provide market intelligence to product teams.

Collaborate with marketing on campaigns and support client

onboarding/training.

Required Qualifications

Experience: Minimum 3+ years of direct B2B SaaS or B2B enterprise sales

experience in Job portals.

Sector Preference: Proven track record in job board, recruitment technology, or

recruitment-related sales (e.g., Naukri, Shine, Indeed).

Skills: Demonstrated success in new customer acquisition, enterprise deal closure,

and meeting sales targets.

Proficiency: Hands-on experience with CRM systems (Zoho CRM highly preferred)

and prospecting tools (Apollo.io/similar).

Education: Bachelor's degree minimum.
