Key Responsibilities:

  • New Business Development
  • Account Management
  • Manage and nurture existing corporate accounts to ensure client satisfaction and drive expansion within accounts.
  • Provide tailored solutions to clients, focusing on creating global corporate accommodation programs that drive cost savings and carbon footprint reduction.
  • Team Leadership & Recruitment
  • Client Engagement
  • Present and represent TheSqua.re at industry events, conferences, and other networking opportunities.

Key Qualifications:

- 15 years & plus of experience in enterprise corporate accounts, ideally within the corporate travel, accommodation, or hospitality sectors.

- Proven track record in sales, account management, and business development in the Asia-Pacific region.

Skills:

- Strong ability to prospect, pitch, and close new business.

- Demonstrated success in managing and growing client relationships.

- Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

- Skilled in recruiting, leading, and managing sales teams.

Experience:

Proven track record in achieving or exceeding corporate sales targets.

Strong network of corporate contacts across industries (e.g., BFSI, IT, Pharma, Consulting, etc.).

Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.

Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office.
