Job Description

Identify corporates and large organisations that have large scale requirements for diagnostic testing.
  • Constantly work on the sales funnel to achieve monthly corporate account closure revenue targets.

  • Conduct periodic market research for finding different avenues for demand, collecting market data and effective data mining for generating prospects.

  • Acquire and maintain relationships with new customers with a focus on decision makers influencers.

  • Responsible for increasing awareness and utilisation amongst existing clientele about the service offerings.

  • Conduct meetings with HR Leadership teams, CXOs, and Admin Head to explain product offering in detail and address queries.

  • Coordinate with internal teams to create customised proposals based on customer needs.

  • Tracking weekly, monthly, and quarterly performance and sales metrics.

Requirements

  • 4-7 yrs of experience in corporate sales, preferably from the health-tech sector.

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.

  • Excellent presentation skills.

  • Good negotiation and problem solving skills

  • A driven, individual contributor, to grow existing sales opportunities and source new sales opportunities

  • Experience leading client meetings, data analysis, and strategic business reviews

  • A collaborative, positive, can-do approach
