Position Summary
ASMA Residencies Corporate Solutions is seeking an experienced and result-oriented Sales Manager to drive business growth in Corporate Housing, Service Apartments, Residential Leasing, and Facility Management services. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, building relationships with MNCs, relocation companies, embassies, HR Teams and corporate clients, and converting inquiries into long-term business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities
Business Development
- Generate new business opportunities from MNCs, embassies, relocation companies and corporate clients.
- Develop and maintain relationships with HR, Administration, Procurement, Mobility and Facilities teams.
- Identify opportunities for serviced apartments, residential leasing, and facility management services.
- Conduct client meetings, presentations, and site visits.
Sales & Client Acquisition
- Achieve monthly and annual revenue targets.
- Prepare proposals, quotations, and commercial offers.
- Negotiate terms and close deals with clients.
- Follow up on inquiries and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
- Convert leads into confirmed bookings and leasing assignments.
Relationship Management
- Maintain strong relationships with existing corporate clients.
- Coordinate with clients regarding employee relocations and housing requirements.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and repeat business.
Market Intelligence
Internal Cordination
Required Qualifications:
- Graduate in Business, Marketing, Hospitality, Real Estate or similar field.
- MBA preferred but not mandatory.

Required Skills

- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM Tools.
Compensation
- Fixed Salary: Rs. 60,000 - 100,000 per month (depending on experience)
