Job Description

Role: Business Development SME Insurance (PROBUS Insurance Broker Pvt Ltd)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Acquire and manage corporate/SME clients for general insurance (fire, marine, engineering, liability).
  • Understand client needs and offer suitable insurance solutions.
  • Build relationships with key decision-makers (CFOs, HR heads, etc.).
  • Drive revenue through new business and cross-selling.
  • Handle renewals, client servicing, and end-to-end relationship management.
  • Maintain MIS, track targets, and update client data regularly.

Requirements:

  • 24 years of B2B sales experience (preferably in insurance).
  • Strong sales, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Self-driven, target-oriented, and a team player.
  • Graduate in any stream.
