Roles and Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets through corporate business development, corporate selling, and corporate marketing.
  • Identify new opportunities for growth within existing accounts and expand relationships with key decision-makers.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to provide solutions tailored to meet the needs of corporate clients across various industries (BFS, FMCG, Healthcare).
  • Manage a portfolio of high-value accounts, ensuring retention rates are maintained while driving revenue growth.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activity to stay ahead in the competitive landscape.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • 5-10 years of experience in B2B sales or related field with a focus on corporate sales or account management.
  • Proven track record of achieving significant revenue growth through effective relationship-building and negotiation skills.
  • Strong understanding of IT services & consulting industry dynamics; ability to communicate complex technical information effectively.
