Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Emerging Corporate Sales role based in the Pune Division. The role focuses on acquiring and managing emerging corporate clients, understanding their risk and insurance needs, and positioning Neo Risk's advisory and broking solutions. Day-to-day responsibilities include prospecting and lead generation, conducting client meetings, preparing proposals, and presenting insurance and risk management solutions. The role involves collaborating with internal risk, claims, and product teams to structure suitable covers, negotiate terms with insurers, and ensure timely policy placement and renewals. The position also includes maintaining a healthy sales pipeline, achieving assigned revenue and growth targets, and providing consistent post-sales support and relationship management to enhance client satisfaction and retention.
Qualifications
- Strong foundation in Corporate Sales and Sales, with a track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets in B2B environments.
- Experience in Corporate Sales Management and Business Development, including pipeline building, account planning, and strategic client engagement.
- Effective Negotiation skills to secure favorable terms with clients and insurers while maintaining long-term relationships.
- Good understanding of insurance or financial services (commercial lines preferred), or willingness to learn rapidly in a technical, regulated domain.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage senior decision-makers in emerging and mid-market corporates.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to understand client risk profiles and suggest appropriate insurance structures.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, growth-focused environment.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Insurance, or a related field; relevant certifications in insurance or risk management are an advantage.
