Location: Bangalore ,Chennai , Delhi , NCR , Uttarakhand , Chandigarh, Goa and Mumbai

Role Overview We are seeking an experienced Corporate Sales Manager – MICE to drive business growth. The role involves developing corporate accounts, managing relationships, and delivering customized MICE solutions across our resort network.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and acquire new corporate clients for MICE business.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with corporates, event agencies, and travel partners.
  • Design and pitch customized MICE packages aligned with client needs.
  • Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
  • Coordinate with operations and resort teams to ensure seamless event execution.
  • Track market trends and competitor activities to strengthen positioning.

Candidate Profile

  • 5–8 years of experience in corporate sales, preferably in hospitality, travel, or event management.
  • Strong network of corporate clients in Bangalore.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Target‑driven, self‑motivated, and customer‑centric.
  • Graduate/Postgraduate in Business, Marketing, or Hospitality.
