Role Overview We are seeking an experienced Corporate Sales Manager – MICE to drive business growth. The role involves developing corporate accounts, managing relationships, and delivering customized MICE solutions across our resort network.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and acquire new corporate clients for MICE business.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with corporates, event agencies, and travel partners.
- Design and pitch customized MICE packages aligned with client needs.
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
- Coordinate with operations and resort teams to ensure seamless event execution.
- Track market trends and competitor activities to strengthen positioning.
Candidate Profile
- 5–8 years of experience in corporate sales, preferably in hospitality, travel, or event management.
- Strong network of corporate clients in Bangalore.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Target‑driven, self‑motivated, and customer‑centric.
- Graduate/Postgraduate in Business, Marketing, or Hospitality.
