Core Responsibilities
Lead Generation & Conversion: Proactively identify and engage potential individual customers via cold calling, networking, and digital channels.
Corporate Partnerships: Nurture relationships with corporate HR or procurement departments to offer employee benefit schemes or corporate gifting solutions.
Sales Execution: Deliver presentations, conduct product demonstrations, and negotiate terms to close sales, particularly in luxury or high-end service sectors.
Customer Relationship Management (CRM): Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to secure repeat business.
Market Analysis & Reporting: Analyze market trends, monitor competitor activities, and provide regular sales reports on performance and customer needs.
