Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced insurance professional with a strong background in insurance broking and sales to join our team as Manager- Business Development.
The ideal candidate must possess in-depth knowledge of insurance products and demonstrate proven expertise in business development, client relationship management, and team leadership.
This role involves managing corporate and retail clients, driving revenue growth, and building strong relationships with insurers to deliver the best possible solutions for clients.

Must have an insurance industry background only from a broking or corporate sales role.
In-depth knowledge of insurance products including:

Marine Insurance
Credit Insurance
Liability Insurance (including D&O, Professional Indemnity, etc.)
Workmen Compensation (WC)
Employee Benefits / Group Mediclaim
Strong negotiation, communication, and client management skills.
Excellent presentation and relationship-building abilities.
Good analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
Education
UG: Any Graduate
